How do I set retries if there is no answer or an answering machine is detected?

You can customize the number and cadence of retries if a call is not answered, an answering machine is detected, the number is busy and/or if there are network problems. 

Click on the pink no response icon underneath the voice call icon in the sandpit. 

Select the desired number of retries, the cadence of the retries and the outcomes you wish to include. 

Note: Once the retries have been exhausted, it is possible to add another communication message (SMS or email) by clicking in the plus icon underneath the pink no response icon and selecting your desired SMS or Email template.
