How do I set the Caller ID for my Voice template?

Before you launch your Voice campaign, you will need to assign a caller ID (i.e. a telephone number) to your voice template. 

To assign a caller ID:

  1. Click on the settings cog on the green settings module on the canvas
  2. Select a pre-purchased number from the drop down list or click Buy new number and follow the prompts to purchase a new number (for more information see Do I need to buy a number to make and receive voice calls?)
