Call Recording

Your calls to or from your Upwire templates can be recorded in full using whole call recording or you can prompt the caller to leave a message using the Record module. 

To activate whole call recording:

  1. Click on the settings cog on the green settings module at the top of your workflow in the canvas.
  2. Select "yes" under "record whole call".

Links to your recordings are can be sent via webhook or scheduled email reporting, and are available on your reporting dashboard on the Upwire platform.

Call recordings can also be transcribed to text for purposes such as AI analysis or translation. For details about transcription services, please contact support@upwire.com.
